Sheryl Vicente Shows Support to HYD

 It's 2012 and there are definitely good stuff coming our way. For starters, HYD (Hot Young Designers) is releasing their second quarter collection. "The first collection was really an introduction of the designers' own styles and skills," said Ginger Arboleda, the General Manager of HYD.

The second collection of the HYD will show more day-to-night pieces and a lot of these pieces are more chic and elegant which will cater more to the yuppies. Sheryl Vicente, a noted fashion designer, helped gave the designers some tips on construction and design. 

Who is Sheryl Vicente?

Sheryl Vicente is one of the designer sponsors of HYD. She made an impact on the wedding industry in 2007. She took up AB Legal Management in FEU (Far Eastern University) and then pursued her passion for fashion in FIP (Fashion Institute of the Philippines).

Her designs are derived from the timeless elegance of lace and she can also be inspired by simple elements seen in the streets to recreate something fresh and new. In 2010, Sheryl ventured into limited RTW (Ready-To-Wear) apparel. Her inspiration for the collection line brings together the vintage and modern times. Her designs are perfect for dates, dinner and night outs - perfect for the modern age women who would like to own timeless pieces.
