Nail It in SM Valenzuela

The other day I saw a comment in one of my older blog posts which caught my interest. It was actually from Nail It informing me about a branch opening in SM Valenzuela. I was excited with the news because SM Valenzuela is slowly becoming such a sweet place for me. You see, it's walking distance from where I work, it's where the flagship store of Snoe is and now it has a Nail Salon. "Aba, lumelevel-up ah!" I mean, compared to other SM City Mall branches, it's probably, if not the smallest, one of the smallest. It doesn't even have its own department store.

The Nail It in SM Valenzuela is located at the 3rd Floor where the Fast Food area is. Upon seeing the place, I've noticed that the design made it look so spacious. It's theme colors are purple and white. Very chic, right? Upon entering, another thing which caught my interest is their exclusivity with Orly products. Yup! They only use Orly products which is totally okay for me. I actually just need a pedi because my nail polish is chipping already after two weeks and I really do have my pedi every two weeks. That's why Nail It's comment on my blog was really in time. They just opened last May 18, 2012.

The Ambiance

The theme color of Nail It is really chic. It's a place every kikay would love to go to and have their nails done. The seats were really comfortable and it was just so bright. The design inside was very minimalist and you know I love it that way. The reception area is just a small receiving table with a glass stand at its back holding the Orly products they use for the customers. The place was clean and the stuff used by the nail technicians were kept neatly in  their very own mini-cart which they push around when they're going to do your nails.

The Service

My nail technician for that day was Rochel. I chose to have a traditional pedicure (PhP120.00) and have a Polish Me "Nail It" Pedicure (PhP100.00). Okay, let me explain. The traditional pedicure doesn't include putting color on your nails; so you'd have to pay an additional of PhP100.00 for the nail color. At first I thought it was quite expensive; but when Rochel started doing my nails, it was just so worth it. They'll consult you as to how you want your nails to look like, how you want it done, your ingrown and stuff and there was zero pain. After the pedicure, Rochel massaged my foot for a bit and it was just so relaxing.

The Product

Again, Nail It exclusively uses Orly products. The Orly nail polish I chose was the Blue Suede which is a matte nail polish in, obviously, blue. I love matte nail polishes and the outcome on my nails too.

Over-All

Would I be coming back? Of course I will. I'm planning on trying their foot spa and nail art services too. Oh and they also have eyelash extension stuff. I wanna try 'em too. I'm planning on getting some planted on my eyes before the wedding I'd be attending this June. Let's see. Anyway, if you're anywhere near SM Valenzuela, go give Nail It a try. It'll be worth it!

P.S. Forgive my pictures on this post. I brought my mom's digital camera but as luck would have it, it's battery suddenly died. Mom didn't charge the battery. Sucks. But thank God for camera phone (at least!).
