Celebrating a Well-Defended Thesis

I went to BSU (Bulacan State University) to accompany my Ninang Joy in her thesis defense. She is taking up her MSIT masters degree at Bulacan State University. Her defense starts at 12noon until 2pm so mom and I were in the University’s gazebo chillin’, bonding and just talking about stuffs.

Hoorah for Ninang Joy for she passed her thesis defense and treated us at Gerry’s Grill in Malolos, Bulacan. We orderedBaked Scallops for appetizers and for the main course, we had Beef Caldereta, Beef Casserole and Pinaputukang Cream Dory. Although we had lunch a bit late, it was still a fun bonding time with my mom and her youngest sister, Ninang Joy.

Before finally heading home, we stopped by Eurobake just before Tabang Exit in NLEX for pasalubong! Yumyum for garlic chips,pastillas and inipit! :D
