Look and Feel Great 2012: What to Expect

Hey guys! I'm just so excited for the upcoming Look and Feel Great event 'cos there's so much awesome things to expect here. First of all, let me tell you guys that I'm going on the first day (Saturday, June 30, 2012) so if you want to meet up with me just say it at the comments section below and let's hang out at the event and enjoy the awesome program they've prepared. Oh, and yes, FREE ADMISSION! :)

If I were to choose a favorite part in the programme, I just can't choose just one. I want to see the Fitness First Aerobics Demo because as all of you might have known, Aero-Taebo is my current workout routine. There's also the Pole Dancing Demo which I've been dying to try out since last year. But I might not be able to move well so I'm trying to lose a couple more weight so that I can try our Pole Dancing, hopefully, by next year. And at 2:00 PM of Saturday, there's also the Weight Management for Healthy Lifestyle talk which I badly need and the Zumba Demo at 5:3o PM. I'm just so excited! Seeing the programme, what are you most excited about in this event?
