PFT Support Group: Balanced

From my last PFT post, I've told you guys how I have gone into a super crash diet phase, which totally didn't do me good. Though it may have helped me lose weight, it actually also created a hole in my pocket. Sucks, I know. Anyway, my eating is normalized now. I eat rice and eat good food and still go to the gym regularly; however, stress has been getting the best of me these past few days and I've missed a few days in the gym especially during these last three days because I've caught the flu. Boo! I need more vit. C!

June 08, 2012: 183 lbs.

July 17, 2012: 175 lbs.

I may have not lost much; but I'm glad that even though I missed a couple of days in the gym I am not gaining any weight because my body's weight got stable and is still decreasing because I eat less but still contains complete nutrients; and whenever I'd be going to the gym, I always make sure to do enough cardio to burn the extra food I may have eaten during the weekend. I lost a total of 8 pounds. Not bad, actually. A slow progress but I'm not complaining. Even though it's not a big number, the gym work outs have helped me get a good curve/figure. All the fat must have turned into muscles. I'm glad.

More of my old clothes fit me now. I'm kind of saving money now with my wardrobe because I can now wear my old clothes. However, my newer clothes seem to make me look ridiculous now because they're just so loose; so I might have some of them repaired just so I can wear 'em again. I'm planning on cutting of dinner so I can shed off more pounds and doing some extra work on my arms just so I can lose those hanging fats under my arm area. They're just so gross.

And speaking of firming up my saggy areas, I actually bought a Tony Moly Hot Pepper Firming Gel of some sort. I'm gonna write up a review about this product soon. This product is not meant to lose some inches off of my waist but more of to help me lose those saggy skin on my tummy and arm area. Maybe it could also help with losing a few inches; but it isn't my main priority; plus I got it on sale. If it wasn't on sale I would not have bought it.

So, that was an update about my Project: Fit and Toned. Everything's going pretty well. Till next post! ;)

    1. Find something which will motivate you. Siguro the reason why it took me so long to go on a diet and workout is because wala akong motivation. Ang motivation ko ngayon is mawala ang mga sakit ko because of my weight. :D
