I go to my full-time job five days a week; and during the
weekends, I, sometimes, attend blogging-related events or family gatherings.
Because of that, my face definitely needs a good makeup remover, which could also
help in cleaning my face well after a day’s work. Currently, I have been using
the Snoe It’s Oat-K, It’s Alright Foaming Cleansing Oil and it does its job
well, actually; but, of course, being the beauty blogger that I am, I’d want to
also try other beauty products I can recommend, not only to my fellow beauty
blogger friends but to also my blog readers.
One of the products, which my aunty from the US gave me, is
the Clinique Rinse-Off Foaming Cleanser. You know how I prefer trying out local
products first before foreign branded ones so knowing that this is not a
self-purchased item shouldn’t come as a surprise. Anyway, this product is said
to be a foamy cream-mousse cleanser that can remove long-wearing makeup and
sunscreens quickly, gently and efficiently.
So, how did it work on me?
THE GOOD BITS:
I love how easy it is to squeeze the product off of its tube
so I never had any problems with regard to that. And knowing the fact that it
is Clinique, it is allergy tested and 100% fragrance free. No sweet or strong
scent, which some people are not a fan of. A little goes a long way! Just a bit
of the product and it already foams and cleanses the face. It has also removed
stubborn makeup off of my face and it felt squeaky clean and refreshed
afterwards.
THE BAD BITS:
Since it’s Clinique, the price may be a bit steep.
OVER-ALL:
Clinique products are really mild on the skin but I agree with what you've said. The price is kind of steep and when you find a product that works for you and is cheaper, it's harder to convince yourself to buy these things yourself. I mean, I would love to receive and use Clinique products but I probably won't buy one for myself. Haha
ReplyDeleteHigh five to that Anna! :)
DeleteSame here! The only reason why I have Clinique in my stash is because they were given as gifts. Haha! The perks of coming from an OFW family, lol. :)
ReplyDeleteSame here. I receive my Clinique stash from my auntie in the US :)
DeleteWe have the same Clinique cleanser bought by my mom on eBay from the US. It's really cheaper than here in Philippine stores! :) We like the product so much so she bought about a dozen of this for personal use.
ReplyDeleteOnline shopping is really awesome! :D
DeleteI love the Clinique brand! I'm using the cleanser for sensitive skin. This one looks really good too :)
ReplyDeleteSame here. For skin care, you can really assure the Clinique will really do its part. :)
DeleteI might try this one! Yeah, you're correct, Clinique is a bit on the expensive side =) but what I like though is that it's hypoallergenic and fragrance-free.
ReplyDeleteAmen on that! :)
DeleteI've been looking for a new cleanser to try so I will definitely be trying this one!
ReplyDeleteHope you'll like it ;)
DeleteI am not such a big fan of these type of cleansers, since I am always on the go I like to clean my face with a traditional cleanser and that it is, I don't like to rince my face after that. :) I have been using the mild soap from Clinique and I really love that product.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Rally
