FOTD: Casual Friday Makeup Look

I didn't put makeup on for almost a week because my skin was still in its "light peeling" process since I burned it from last weekend's Zambales beach trip with my family. I usually just fill in my brows, use lip balm, and pat on a powder lightly all over my face; but this Friday, I think it's almost okay. So after applying moisturizer on, time to get my glam on.

PRODUCTS USED:

FACE: SanSan BB Cream | Covergirl & Olay Simply Ageless Foundation in Classic Ivory | Ever Bilena Advance Compact Powder in Natural White | SanSan Cheek Blusher in Rosy Blush

EYES: Ever Bilena Eyebrow Pencil in Brown | NYX Love in Rio Eye Shadow Palette, Escape with Rico | SanSan Waterproof Eyeliner Pen in Black | ELF Waterproof Lengthening  & Volumizing Mascara in Black

LIPS: Nivea Fruity Shine in Peach | SanSan HD Lipstick in Nude Brown

HOW I DID IT:

After applying my Olay moisturizer (yes, I switched from Pond's to Olay), I used the SanSan BB Cream as my foundation and then the Covergirl & Olay Simply Ageless Foundation in Classic Ivory for the under eye area. The Covergirl foundation is lighter shade from my normal skin color so it also serves as a highlighter while covering my dark eye circles. Then, to set all those foundation on my face, I used the Ever Bilena Advance Compact Powder in Natural White (which isn't really white. TRUST ME. It's perfect for my skin color) and then topped it with the SanSan Cheek Blusher in Rosy Blush on my cheeks.

For the eyes, I filled in my newly plucked and cleaned brows using the Ever Bilena Eyebrow Pencil in Brown. Then, I used the lighter brown shade from my NYX Love in Rio Eye Shadow Palette, Escape with Rico for the lids and the darker brown shade (from the same palette) on my crease area. After that, I used the SanSan Waterproof Eyeliner Pen in Black on my upper lids, curled my lashes using my Shu Uemura eyelash curler (gifted by the boyfriend) and then used ELF Waterproof Lengthening  & Volumizing Mascara in Black on them.

For the lips, I just used the Nivea Fruity Shine in Peach and topped it with the SanSan HD Lipstick in Nude Brown.

I have been pretty busy (STILL) these past few days not only with work but also because I'm moving out of my current apartment and will be moving in with some friends to a bigger and better one. Yeah, I'd have housemates now but I guess it'll be fine since my current priorities include managing and funding my business, maintaining my investments, and saving up more money for the future and for travelling with the boyfriend. Oh we have so many things planned for the future and I'm just so excited.
