I consider
moisturizing as one of the most important part of my skincare routine. But
moisturizing isn’t just for the face. We keep talking about the best anti-aging
moisturizer for the face or a light moisturizer to be used during the day, but
we don’t talk much about moisturizing the rest of our body, which is equally
important.
I will be
honest. It wasn’t a priority before. I could leave the house or go to sleep
without moisturizing the rest of my body. But when I started seeing the
negative effect on my skin – rough patches, dry skin (obviously), and that
white line when something lightly scratches my skin, it’s just not acceptable.
What is an additional minute in my skincare routine in exchange for a healthier
skin, am I right?

Active

Anti-Fungal, & Anti-Oxidant properties), Hydrolyzed Milk Protein (Naturally

Extract (Helps soothe irritated skin and lighten blemishes).
The Good
Bits:
HOORAY FOR LOCAL
BEAUTY BRANDS. One of the first advocacy of this blog is to support the local
beauty industry. We’ve got so much resources so why not make use of that to
tell people that we’re more than just a country that hones boxers and beauty
queens. Let’s show the world we are also quite entrepreneurial and innovative,
yes?
Anyway,
aside from it being a local brand and product, it has really helped me achieve
that healthy naturally brightened up glow. My skin looks brighter (not whiter,
but healthy kind of brighter) and has become appropriately moisturized. Goodbye
white marks when something accidentally scratches my skin. Haha!
I also love
that it doesn’t have a thick formulation so it’s very light on the skin and
perfect both for day and evening use. I absolutely love the coconut-y scent it has. Not too powerful, but just enough to relax my senses.
The Bad
Bits:
It does kind of have a runny formulation so be careful when pumping out and applying the product. We definitely don't want it wasted. Its
availability is also an issue. Well you can order them online, but I wish they can also
be bought in physical stores.
Over-All:
I would
definitely purchase this, but there may be times when I might forget too since,
again, it’s not readily available in physical stores which is a really big
factor. But aside from that, performance-wise, this product is definitely one
of my favorite local products because it did it job well on my skin. I’m giving
it a rating of 8/10 just because accessibility is a big thing for me.
