Mini Weekend Haul

All haggardness at the Heat Wave Summer Bazaar
I haven't been doing much haul this past few months and reason for that is I need to save up money for (1) Jin, my very handsome English Bulldog, (2) a new camera, (3) for my Baler trip. How did I ever survive not buying anything but the super to the maximum level necessities? Simple, after work I never dared step into SM so that I can resist the urge to enter Watsons and buy something. Hehe. But when Hyphen invited me to attend the Heat Wave Summer Bazaar and my sister asked me to join her in attending the 2012 Ozine Fest, I said, "this is the moment I've been waiting for..."

Even though I'm planning on buying some new stuff, I still made sure that the stuff I'm buying are still necessities. And to be able to save money, I asked my mum to keep my ATM card (but I still have two of my ATM cards, but I don't withdraw money from them. I resist the urge) where my salary goes in. So I'm still on a limited budget this weekend. Anyway, I'm quite satisfied with the stuff I got so all's good. Let me show you guys the stuff I bought plus reasons why I bought them (just to justify why they're necessities).

During the Heat Wave Bazaar I visited first the booth of Hyphen. Actually, the stuff I got are given by E of bitsandtreats.blogspot.com who also owns Hyphen. But because Hyphen has got so much awesome stuff, I wasn't able to resist buying a pink ribbon ring which I don't have a picture of because my sister always keeps it with her. I bought it for her, actually and she loved it so much.  For more glamorous and awesome accessories from Hyphen Curiosities visit their Multiply at HyphenCuriosities.multiply.com.

I need flats.  My Diesel flats are all that's left of me for my Keds gave up on me already. MY Keds flats are my favorite pair. It has this colorful lemon designs and a ribbon on top. Anyway, time to move on and I'm looking for a new pair of flats to be my new favorite. I hopped into one booth after another and they seem to be having the same design which pretty much bored me. However, when I passed by Erb & Chet's booth I just needed to have a second look and I just fell in love with their unique men's wear inspired designs on their flats. They also sell classy bags which you might like so go ahead and visit them on the web and place an order at ErbandChet.com. Oh, and I got my pair for only P800. It's an exclusive discount during the Heat Wave Bazaar. Sabi sa inyo attend na kayo bazaars eh!

So, that's it on the what I bought during the Heat Wave Summer Bazaar. It's not much because I still need to save money, remember. Now let's go to the Ozine Fest 2012. The only thing I bought from the event was the onigiri cellphone charm which costs P10 and is only a printed image of an onigiri which was laminated and I also bought an onigiri clay necklace which costs P150. I own the smiling onigiri while my sister (theblacksheeproject.blogspot.com) bought the crying onigiri. My two sisters did most of thw haul during the Ozine Fest so not much post from me there.

Last, but not the least, SM Valenzuela had a 3-day sale! Yey! But the stuff I got weren't on sale. Boo! I bought a pair of flipflops from Penshoppe which costs P179 because my old pair is already worn out and then I went to the Snoe flagship store, yep in SM Valenzuela, and bought myself a bottle of Extreme Hair Heroes because my hair has been dry and unmanageable. I'd be posting my review of the Extreme Hair Heroes soon. It's just such an amazing product. I bought it for P499 and it's worth it.

You see, I didn't buy much but it's okay. I bought necessities and that's what's important, right? Self-control. How about you guys, how was your weekend? Any new finds or learnings you might want to share? Drop off a comment below and let's chit chat, okay? ;)
