It’s been
awhile since my last FOTD post. Again, I’ve been busy with a lot of things and
I haven’t been putting much makeup on my face lately too. But this is
different. I kind of miss getting myself dolled up and I think I shouldn’t
deprive myself of that. Although this also means I need to wake up earlier.
Meh. I guess passion beats the need for more sleep?
So for this
makeup look, I decided to go with something really simple, but still a bit of a
stand out. Let’s begin?
PRODUCTS USED:
FACE: Banila Co.Prime Primer Classic | L’Oreal
True Match Liquid Foundation in N7 | Nichido Final Powder in Ivory Glow | Ever
Bilena Advance Blush Duo in Summer Fling
EYES: Detail Makeover Makebrow Mascara
in Dark Brown | Jeffree Star Cosmetics Beauty Killer Palette | Baby Bright Slim
Line Black Charcoal Eyeliner | Ever Bilena Advance HD Waterproof Mascara in
Rich Black
LIPS: Maybelline The Powder Mattes in
Touch of Nudes
HOW I DID IT:
After using
an aloe vera gel as my moisturizer, I used the Banila Co.Prime Primer Classic for
prep, and then I applied the L’Oreal True Match Liquid Foundation in N7 all
over my face using my fingers and blended it with a stippling brush. After that,
I used the Nichido Final Powder in Ivory Glow to set the foundation.
For the eyes,
I kept my brows simple using the Detail Makeover Makebrow Mascara in Dark Brown.
I first do upward strokes at the hair near the nose line, the eventually
following its shape as it moves the tip. For the colors of my eyes, I used the
Confession shade on my lids and the Vanity shade on the outer corner both from
my Jeffree Star Cosmetics Beauty Killer Palette. Oh and I also used the
Confession shade on the lower lashline, then the Baby Bright Slim Line Black
Charcoal Eyeliner to line my upper lids. And finally for my lashes, I used the Ever
Bilena Advance HD Waterproof Mascara in Rich Black.
For the
finishing touches, I used the blush from the Ever Bilena Advance Blush Duo in
Summer Fling, then the princess shade from my Jeffree Star Cosmetics Beauty
Killer Palette to highlight my cheekbone and nose bridge. For my lips, I just
swiped the Maybelline The Powder Mattes in Touch of Nudes and I’m done!
I want to do
more makeup looks again for work. I guess I’m starting to be in the zone again.
So what kind of look would you like to see next? Any inspirations you have in
mind we can try?
