New Beauty Items for my Collection

It's been awhile since I last had a makeup post and I apologize for that. I have opened up before that I want to start fashion blogging because I want to prove a point. I want to show everyone that my shape won't stop me from doing what I love to do and so far, Fashion events have been pouring in one after another. It's October! Fashion month, I guess. Whatever. I really don't know.

Anyway, last night, a Props Palette arrived at home. It's the Props Ultimate Palette. I would be using this to do everyone's makeup during KMBI's 25th Anniversary Party on the 28th. It has an 80's theme so makeup would be fun. Will be posting the looks I have made. Watch out for that. Thanks to Props Tools and Cosmetics for the code they gave me to avail of 15% off of the minimum of P500 worth of purchase. And of course, I would be sharing this to everyone so take this down.

We call this the: I HEARD IT FROM THE AFFILIATES promo and this will run until the 20th of November, 2011. This is a one time use per customer and can be availed for items or total purchase of P500 and above only. The code is: W52F1U0UDSZ. And please do shop using this link: http://www.gelleesh.com/p/shop-at-props-tools-cosmetics.html.

And because I was itching to use the palette, I played with it a bit and created a simple 80's eye makeup look on my sister's face:

I'm leaving my reactions and stuff I want to say about this palette next time on my official review. I don't want to post any spoilers. My next review might be swatch-filled too so hope you'd love that one.

Aside from the Props Palette I got, the Sigma Brush which I have won from DGS Beauty last August, I think, has already arrived. At last! I paid P100 for the customs fee/tax or whatever but it was worth it. The Miss Taylor Kabuki Brush seems like it has a great quality judging by my initial reaction upon opening the box. I'll try to make a review of this brush soon.

So that's it for now. I've been pretty exhausted with the 80's dance practice, events and everything else; but I can't totally complain because I'm having a great time. I guess I chose the right work and work place.

Till next post! :)

  8. I really don't know how to apply make-up!!! Want to go to a professional and ask what make-up suits me well, ask to apply on me, and if I'll like the look I'll purchase everything that s/he used, hee! I know you get the drift!

I want everyday heavy smokey eyes. but i don't know haha the word heavy doesn't sound right for everyday casual look! Just really like Effy's make-up on Skins! Really want that sexy look! hee!

BUT THEN AGAIN, I have sensitive skin. Tried L'oreal's Mineral Powder Foundation before and I got zits! :( *frustrating* haha!
