FOTD: Keeping it Light

For this post, I will be showing you how I look like everyday when I go to work. You see, because my work place is nearer now to where I live (20 mins away) I told myself that I'd have more time to do my makeup in the morning. You all know the long process - Moisturize, foundation, conceal, brows, eye makeup, blush, lips... Well, it's quite a long process for me and they can sometimes be too heavy to wear esp since it's Summer and when I'm outside, sweat can be my best pal. So, this look won't be hard to do... That I'll bet on!


PRODUCTS USED:

FACE

- Snoe Here Comes The Sunblock
- Nichido Final Powder in So Natural

EYES

- Ever Bilena Color Pencil in Brown
- ELF Wet Gloss Lash & Brow Clear Mascara
- Maybelline Long Extreme Stiletto Mascara

LIPS

- NYX Round Lipstick in Doll

HOW I DID IT:

Well, I didn't use much products because we're keeping this look light, simple and natural. So, I begin with applying the Snoe Here Comes the Sunblock all over my face evenly and afterwards I top it with the Nichido Final Powder in So Natural using my Sigma Miss Taylor Brush.

For the eyes, I used the Ever Bilena Color Pencil in Brown to fill in the gaps in brows and just make them look a bit thicker (because I love thick, but neat, brows). After that, I used the ELF Wet Gloss Lash & Brow Clear Mascara to tame my brows. Nope, I didn't use any color on my eyes; but instead, I just curled my lashes and applied the Maybelline Long Extreme Stiletto Mascara on my upper lashes.

For the lips, I just used the NYX Round Lipstick in Doll and since it's a creamy lipstick, I didn't put on any balm anymore.

Easy, huh? Well it only took me 10 minutes, I guess, to finish this look. It's light, easy and it will keep you still looking presentable. You know, from what I have noticed, as long as you've got neat brows and a lip color, you're good to go. Although I think I have to sleep a bit earlier because my dark under eye circles are already showing. Can you see it?

Ever since I started making things light on my face, blemishes are starting to get fewer and fewer. I guess my face just needs some well-deserved rest from all the products I've been trying on.
