Hey beauties! So As I have told you in my last blog post, I
have been pretty inspired to do FOTDs lately and I hope some of you did miss me
doing FOTDs; hence, here’s another one for all of you.
I wore this makeup look for work just because I want to. I
can totally sport a “no makeup” makeup look or go all glam and fab as there
really aren’t any rules stating what kind of makeup one should be wearing for
work. And although I really won’t be going avant-garde on my makeup look, at
least I can do this glam-looking FOTD. So, shall we begin?
PRODUCTS USED:
FACE: SanSan BB Cream | SanSan Foundation Cream | NYC Cheek
Glow Powder Blush in West Side Wine | Snoe Fresh Custard Body and Face Powder
in Nectarine Ginger Tea
EYES: Ever Bilena Color Pencil in Brown | Ever Bilena
Advance HD Colorless Mascara | Beauty Angel Cosmetics Palette | SanSan
Waterproof Eyeliner Pen in Brown | Maybelline The Falsies Volum Express
Waterproof in Brownish Black
LIPS: Lip Ice Lip Balm in Orange Mandarin | Ever Bilena
Matte Lipstick in Toast of New York
HOW I DID IT:
I did my usual foundation routine (Do I still need to tell
you guys about this over and over again? Okay, I will for the sake of the new
readers. Oh, hello there new readers!) using the SanSan BB Cream and my
fingers, then the SanSan Foundation Cream as my concealer. Then, I used the Snoe
Fresh Custard Body and Face Powder in Nectarine Ginger Tea to set the
foundation and concealer-ish and used
the NYC Cheek Glow Powder Blush in West Side Wine as my blush.
Now, this, you probably all love – the eye makeup! First, I
filled in and tamed my brows using the Ever Bilena Color Pencil in Brown and
the Ever Bilena Advance HD Colorless Mascara. Now for my eye color, I used the
pretty disappointing Beauty Angel Cosmetics Palette. So, this is really
something you need to get your hopes up high as it is very cheap but still, why
not give it a shot. So, there I was, hoping to have, at least, decent colors
blended but voila... They just became a shimmery bunch of eye shadows on my
eyes. So I, initially, used the #1 all over my lids and it actually has an OK
pigmentation; but come the #2 shade, which I intend and really did put on my
crease and outer lid just made things go shining, shimmering but not so
splendid. But I’m gonna be late for work so I just let it be and used the #3
for my brow bone. So next I was actually hoping that the SanSan Waterproof
Eyeliner Pen in Brown will come up with a magic trick to make the look
tolerable; hence I created an exaggerated wing using the said product and also
lined my lower lash line still using the SanSan Waterproof Eyeliner Pen in
Brown. Then, I curled my lashes and applied the Maybelline The Falsies Volum
Express Waterproof in Brownish Black.
For the lips, I just used the Lip Ice Lip Balm in Orange
Mandarin and topped it with the Ever Bilena Matte Lipstick in Toast of New
York.
And I’m done.
So, yeah, it really is just a simple makeup look which I’m
hoping you’d all love to try out even though the eye shadow part was a bit,
just a bit, of a disaster because of unforeseen circumstances. So, anyway, what
do you think of this look? Would you love to give it a try? Tell me about it at
the comments section below.
L-O-V-I-N-G the look! gorgeous! ^_~
