FOTD: I Miss You Summer

Whenever it's summer I would constantly hate the fact that it can be too hot! Since I work for Non-Profit Organization, work will sometimes entail me to visit some places that can make me sweat like crazy and I hate feeling all sticky and sweaty (unless, of course, during workout sessions). I feel like I want to run back home and take a bath for an hour! Can you feel me, sister?

For this makeup look, I combined a gloomy rainy day color and some summer sunny shades. What I want is that weather in between summer and rainy season... When it's not too hot but it's raining so much.

LIPS: Crazy Rumors Lip Balm in Peppermint Twist | NYX Mega Shine Lip Gloss in Plush Red

HOW I DID IT:

First is applying the foundation, L'Oreal Paris le teint True Match in Nude Beige, all over the face with more emphasis on the under eye area. Afterwards, I set it with the SanSan Pressed Powder in shade 01.

For the eyes, I used the SanSan Kohl Eyeliner in Black for filling in my brows. After that, I used the #1 shade I labeled in my Miss Bella Cosmetics 120 Color Rainbow Palette for the base, followed by the #2, which is a shade of orange. For the outer part of my eye, I used #3, a shade of blue and #4, a shade of yellow, for the inner eye area. I also used #4 for the inner part of my waterline and #2 for the outer. Then, I used the SanSan Waterproof Eyeliner Pen in Brown on my upper lids, curled my lashes and applied the Clinique High Impact Mascara in Black on them.

For the finishing touches, I used the SanSan Cheek Blusher in Rosy Blush on my cheeks; then, I applied the Crazy Rumors Lip Balm in Peppermint Twist on my lips and then topped by the NYX Mega Shine Lip Gloss in Plush Red. It will, at first, look too red but let it sit and settle for a few while and you'll love its tinted and subtle red effect on your lips... I did!
