FOTD: Fierce Red Lips

This is my very first FOTD wherein I had red lips. Well, this is the first time I had red lips because red lips doesn't usually look good on me or that's what I think. You be the judge. I usually just do pink lips because that's what usually looks good on me; but I love how fierce my face looks in this FOTD so I'm sharing it to you guys. Enjoy!

PRODUCTS USED:

FACE
- Jane Agua Ceuticals Sheer Tinted Moisturizer (Light Warm Tones)
- Nichido Final Powder (So Natural)
- Ever Bilena Cheek Blush (Cheek)
- Beauty Angel Cosmetics (White Shade)

EYES
- ELF Eyelid Primer
- Wet N Wild Color Icon Brow and Eye Liner (Black)
- Beauty Angel Cosmetics
- Kawaii Liquid Eyeliner
- Maybelline Long Extreme Stiletto

LIPS
- EOS Lip Balm (Summer Fruit)
- L'Oreal  HIPShine Struck Liquid Lip Color (Turbulent)

TOOLS
- Charm Pocket Brush Set
- Sigma Miss Taylor Brush
- Eyelash Curler from Watsons

HOW I DID IT:

For my face, I first applied the Jane Agua Ceuticals Sheer Tinted Moisturizer (Light Warm Tones) at the back of my hand and then using my fingers, applied it all over my face and blended it using them as well. I didn't use my stippling brush here because I just washed it so it's still in its drying stage. After that, I used the Nichido Final Powder (So Natural) to set the foundation with my Sigma Miss Taylor Brush. You don't want it sticking somewhere else, don't you?

Off to the eyes! First I did was fill in my brows with the Wet N Wild Color Icon Brow and Eye Liner (Black). I actually haven't had my brows threaded yet so forgive them for being so thick and hairy; but it makes me look young. Nah! I'm just making excuses for being so lazy. After that, I applied the ELF Eyelid Primer where I'd be putting eyeshadow on so that it will bring out the best in my eye makeup and will make it last longer. For my eye color, check out the picture of the Beauty Angel Cosmetics palette above for reference. Using the eye brush in my Charm Pocket Brush Set I used #1 all over my lids, #2 to define my crease and #3 on my brow bone. Remember to blend them well so that they won't look so harsh (unless you intend them to). After that, I used the Kawaii Liquid Eyeliner to create the wing on my lids. I made them long so that I'd really look like an antagonist of some sort and then used the Wet N Wild Color Icon Brow and Eye Liner (Black) again but this time on my waterline but only half way to pop my eyes out.  For my lashes, I curled them first and when I reached my desired curl, I used the Maybelline Long Extreme Stiletto.

For the lips, I just applied the EOS Lip Balm (Summer Fruit) first then the L'Oreal  HIPShine Struck Liquid Lip Color (Turbulent) on my upper and lower lips. It's better if you won't smack them together but apply the color on them separately so that you'd achieve the balance in color on both lips.

For the finishing touches, I applied the Ever Bilena Cheek Blush (Cheek) under my cheek for a contouring effect using the blush brush in my Charm Pocket Brush Set and then I used the #3 shade in my Beauty Angel Cosmetics palette on the bridge of my nose and on my cheekbone for highlighting effect.

I missed doing FOTD's. Sorry if I've been a bit inactive with doing this. I have been just too busy with work and all. Anyway, hope you liked this look. If you're playing a villain role in your school play or you'd be dressing up as one, go back to this post and follow the instructions. Now who wants to see a video tutorial from yours truly? I'm thinking but I'm too lazy. Boo! Encourage me please! LOL

Till next post! :)
