My Top 5 Value Meal Cravings from GrabFood

As someone who works a 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM job, there would be times when I’d be too stressed and busy at work to do my usual meal prepping. And during those times, I highly rely on food delivery apps to cater to whatever I might be craving for on that day, my nutritional needs (PROTEIN, GUYS, PROTEIN! I NEED THEM GAINS), and of course my budget.

Showing My Love Through Food

I've always used the term #BodyLove to talk about my advocacy in loving my body through taking care of it. And I believe that I can use my blog as a platform to getting that message across. You see, the current COVID-19 pandemic has made things difficult for a lot of us in different aspects. From our physical to mental health, 2020 had been a really bad roller coaster ride. I don't think I can sugarcoat that year, to be honest. But at the same time, we need to get up, fight back, and do our best to help ourselves and the people around us. That is why part of the tools I'm using to motivate people to get going and never give up is writing and social media. Two powerful weapons on their own, and an even bigger force combined.

Peanutubo Natural Peanut Butter - A Guilt-Free Treat

During the pandemic, there are a lot of food products coming out of the market. From home-made baked goodies to baked sushi, and even ready-to-eat meals to be delivered to your doorsteps. You name it, it may already be available online.

Mamshie's Vegan Goodies - A Plant-Based Delight

The quarantine, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, has limited all of us in different aspects. We had to find ways on how we can cope to help us stay healthy physically, emotionally, and mentally. From TikTok videos to, drawing, cooking, and even baking, I've seen a lot of people on my timeline get creative with how they used their time at home as both a coping mechanism and even means of earning.

#ChoosetoFeelGood with Pancake House’s Unli Spaghetti

Pancake House has been one of those restaurants my family would consider as one of our comfort places. The relaxing ambiance, the comforting food, and the smell of freshly made pancakes and waffles will definitely make you want to just stay there. That is why when they launched their #ChooseToFeelGoodCampaign, I thought to myself, “perfect phrase for the perfect place!”

Savour Manila - Food, Drinks, Stories

A few weeks ago, Ate Ai of Atche’s Corner (one of the bloggers I met and became friends with in Pampanga, but also lives in Metro Manila) invited me to try out Savour Manila in Quezon City. It was on a week night and I would still be coming from Pampanga but I still said yes because (1) I rarely miss a chance to hang out with friends, (2) I love discovering new dishes and food places, and (3) I love food… Come on, who doesn’t!

#ManilaFoodTrip2017: Bugis Singapore Street Food

I’m glad my friends from the Pampanga Bloggers’ Society finally got the time to visit Manila; and since one of the things Pampanga is known for is their awesome culinary skill and great food, what could my Kapampangan friends want to try in Manila?

Pampanga Restaurant Tour 2016

To be quite honest, it still feels surreal that I finally have a community here in Pampanga. I thought I’d miss Manila so much that I will find myself back in its arms every weekend; but here I am, leaving a weekend open to meet up with the Pampanga Bloggers Society. Yes, I am now officially part of group!

The Pampanga Bloggers at El Pedro Cubanos

My first two years in Pampanga were pretty quiet and boring. Work, home, work, home… And I was even single at that time so shouldn’t I be always out having a good time? My social life was a blank canvas here and I only get to go out for dinner with officemates. Fun? Well at times, but clingy much? So when I finally met the blogging community in Pampanga, I got so excited that I’m willing to free my schedule and not go back to Manila on a weekend just to meet up with them.
