My 33rd Birthday Wishlist

I’m turning 33 in a month and I’m excited! There was a time when I get anxious about getting older, but now that I don’t feel like I’m getting older (thank you healthier and more active lifestyle) and I kind of look like I’m Benjamin Buttoning life, I’m more of looking forward to what the future holds for me and what else I can accomplish in the coming years.

As some of you know, my birthday is coming this September. And since my love language is “receiving gifts” (hello friends and family!), I have decided to put together a list of the things I’d love to get for my birthday. Some of them are actually things I’m planning on buying for myself, but if someone wants to get them for me, who am I to complain, right?

My 2018 Christmas Wishlist

It might be a little late, but better than none right? My 2018 had been very eventful. I’ve had one of the best and worst moments in my life, I guess. I’ve learned a lot from everything and I’m not saying that I’ll be making the best decisions from now on, but I’m hoping I have become smarter and that I won’t repeat the same mistakes I did. No guarantee though, but I’ll give it a try. It isn’t always as easy as how you thought things are, you know?

Christmas is coming soon! One of things I love doing during Christmas season is shopping! Not for myself though, but more for other people. But of course, there are still a few stuff I’d want to have. They’re not a lot and not too expensive, but I have this habit of not buying something that’s not a NEED even when it comes to makeup and skin care. Hello December!

I am not yet done with my Christmas shopping but I definitely have something for all my god children so, kids, I will see you on Christmas Day! But of course, it’s not just about giving and sharing what you have but also giving something for yourself… And so I’m creating this wish list. I’m not saying I NEED TO HAVE THESE by Christmas but what I mean is that I’m hoping to get one of these for myself on Christmas and this can also serve as a guide to all my friends and loved ones who might be thinking about what to give me. The first half of the year has been pretty good for me. I'm currently opening up a business, opened up some investments, got a promotion, was able to travel with my partner, and even booked another travel going to Davao on our birthday on September! And speaking of birthday, I guess I would want to create a more reasonable (and practical) wish list.

Dear Fairy Godmother, My Summer 2014 Wishlist

I think I need a well-deserved vacation.

My newly found independence has helped me craft a better and more responsible version of myself. I have also been more focused at work and have been more devoted to the advocacy of organization. Things may be a bit tougher than before but it has definitely pushed me to upgrade myself. However, I have less #METime now. I haven’t gone to my favorite spa for a massage in ages, I haven’t gone out with my friends again, I haven’t gone out on a date as soon as February stepped in... Oh the things I had to give up. But, in the end, I know it will all be worth it.
